Signature of the subsidy contract

The Lead beneficiary of RYME+ project, represented by the President of the Direction of IPN –Instituto Pedro Nunes, Prof. Dr. Teresa Mendes and the Managing Authority of the Interreg Sudoe Programme, represented by the Regional Minister for the Economy, Finance and Employment of the Government of Cantabria, Mr. Juan Jose Sota Verdión signed the ERDF grant agreement of RYME+ project.

Within the scope of RYME+ project’s approval, the project’s beneficiaries were present at the Project Management Seminar which took place in Santander, Spain on the September 26th and 27th. The event was targeted to all beneficiaries of approved projects of the first call for proposals of the Cooperation Programme Interreg V-B Southwest Europe.

During the Seminar, organized by the Joint Secretariat of the Interreg Sudoe Programme, the Lead beneficiary of RYME+ project, represented by the President of the Direction of IPN –Instituto Pedro Nunes, Prof. Dr. Teresa Mendes and the Managing Authority of the Interreg Sudoe Programme, represented by the Regional Minister for the Economy, Finance and Employment of the Government of Cantabria, Mr. Juan Jose Sota Verdión signed the ERDF grant agreement of RYME+ project.

Apart from the training sessions to an efficient financial and administrative project management the Managing Authority, the Certification Authority, the National Authorities and the Joint Secretariat of Interreg Sudoe Programme, the Seminar featured 3 Lead beneficiaries of projects that were approved within the Sudoe 2007-2013 program:

- ATTENAGUA / AGUAMOD , represented by the Centre national de la recherche scientifique laboratoire ECOLAB
- AGROGAS / REHABILITE represented by the Agencia Extremeña de la Energía
- RYME / RYME+ represented by the Instituto Pedro Nunes - Associação para a Inovação e Desenvolvimento em Ciência e Tecnologia

Representing IPN, the IPN Aceleradora de Empresas’ Coordinator, Rui Miranda, presented the best practices implemented during the RYME project execution (co-financed project by the INTERREG IVB Sudoe Programme 2003-2007.
